Quentin Destieu born in 1980 lives and works between Cahors and Marseille.
He was director and founder of the GAMERZ multimedia art festival in Aix-en-Provence and the Lab-GAMERZ, a structure dedicated to digital practices in the field of contemporary art. His work questions our condition within « a world saturated by media and technology », exploring borders and relations between technologies and popular cultures.
Founder of the Dardex art-group, his work has been exhibited in various festivals and exhibitions in France and abroad since 2003.
Associated artist at PAMAL, laboratory of media archeology, he is PhD at the Centre Norbert Elias “Contemporary Art and new digital factories”.
He also teaches in the department of Digital Creation at Aix-Marseille Université.
