Kati Hyyppä is a Finnish artist and educator based in Berlin who works at the intersection of art and technology. She combines building objects and installations. Her practice is rooted in materiality and hand-making, and she enjoys exploring different media, including electronics, code, wood, recycled objects, and textiles. She draws inspiration from DIY and hacker culture, and is always eager to learn new things through experimentation. Her projects often include an element of participation, critical making, and humor, in order to open up a dialogue with our technological surroundings. As an active member of the Eniarof collective, Kati has participated in multiple editions of the Eniarof project since 2017.
